Six Premium nurseries sold in South West London

A capacity of just under 500 places

One of London’s premier nursery groups has been sold.  Coulter Consulting were appointed by the sellers in the summer of   2019 and the business was sold off-market with the sale being agreed in July and completing just 4 months later in October 2019.

Two of the nurseries are in Wimbledon, three in Surbiton and one in Raynes Park.  Andrew Coulter commented, “Without doubt this is an exceptional nursery group and probably one of the best privately owned groups in London benefitting from high occupancy and high profitability.  All the nurseries   were well resourced and in highly desirable and affluent locations. This was one of the biggest nursery group transactions in terms of value and profile to complete in the UK in 2019.
