Coulter Consulting, acting for the buyer,  brokered the acquisition of  this prime commercial building land in Bletchley Milton Keynes.

Approximately 0.4 acres of land has been sold with outline planning permission for a standalone children’s nursery within the D1 planning category. The plot is large enough for an 80-place nursery together with garden and car park. There are   extensive residential developments already completed and further in progress surrounding the site.  These housing developments together with an Asda Supermarket and a nationally branded coffee shop will make this location the hub of the community. Furthermore, there are also plans for a family pub /restaurant to be built opposite the site in the near future.  Overall this is a strategic location for a new nursery.
